Haven't had this yet - need to zone
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup coarsely chopped carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 4 cups coarsely chopped fresh kale (about 8 ounces)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken (about 8 ounces)
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup dry red lentils*

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 15 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 1 5 3/4 ounce jar sliced pitted green olives, drained
- 1 2 1/4 ounce can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 2 tablespoons finely shredded lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

- 2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt

- ■1 pint Red Grape Tomatoes, Halved Lengthwise
- ■1 pint Yellow Grape Tomatoes, Halved Lengthwise
- ■1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- ■16 whole Basil Leaves (chiffonade)
- ■ Salt And Pepper To Taste (don't Oversalt!)
- ■1 whole Baguette
- ■8 Tablespoons Butter
