Very good - ate as a sandwich but had the meat by itself the next day & it was super good

  • 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 cups Shredded Beef Master Recipe (see recipe below)
  • 1 10-oz. can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
  • 4 onion rolls, split and toasted, if desired
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
