Reverse-marinated Flank Steak

Rub flank steak with salt/pepper/sugar combo and sear on the grill to get a nice crust - approx 2 min each side
- For the Sear:
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 TBSP Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- For the Marinade:
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Shallot
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 2 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cabbage and Pine Nuts
