- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar (also known as confectioners’ sugar or icing sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 8 ounces plus 6 ounces Hershey's semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 3 extra-large eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee granules, such as Nescafe
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 to 6 ounces good caramel sauce, such as Fran's
- 2 to 3 teaspoons flaked sea salt, such as Maldon
