This is the easy chocolate chip cookie recipe that I have used in a pinch

  • 2 cups + 2 tbsp ap flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg + egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
