- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 6 anchovies
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- pepper to taste
Chocolate-Strawberry Celebration Cake Recipe

Combine the first seven ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds
- FROSTING:
- 1 package chocolate cake mix (regular size)
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (8 ounces) Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- 2 cups butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup 2% milk
- GARNISHES:
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled
- GANACHE:
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

In a container mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, pepper, salt, onion powder, and mustard
- 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp and 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 salt
- 1 1/4 onion powder
- 1 1/4 tsp Dijon style mustard
- 3/4 cup and 2 tsp red wine vinegar

- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c marg - 1/2 lb
- 2 tbsp vanilla or anise
- 4 tsp. baking powder

Turtle Graham Bars

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- * Approximately 14 graham crackers (if each graham cracker is 5" x 2.5")
- 1 * 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 * 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 * 1 cup chopped pecans
- * Kosher salt, to taste
- 12 * 12 ounces dark chocolate, finely chopped
Chicken Cordon Bleu

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place one chicken breast half between two sheets of waxed paper on a cutting board
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 slices of thinly sliced Black Forest Ham
- 1 cup of shredded Gruyere or swiss check
- 8 teaspoons Dijon or honey mustard
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Katie Couric's Lemon Chicken

Pound chicken breasts with meat mallet to a uniform 1/2 inch thickness
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/4 pounds)
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Position a rack in the lower third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
