Rhubarb Crisp

1. Combine filling ingredients and heat on medium until thick
- Filling:
- 4 c rhubarb
- 1 c sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 c water
- 1 t vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 c flour
- 3/4 c oatmeal
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 t cinnamon
Rosemary-Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

- 2 lbs. fingerling potatoes, halved or quartered
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T fresh rosemary leaves, minced (or 2 tsp. dried rosemary)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Lime Ice

Grate the zest Of 2 of the limes and scrape into a large bowl
- 5-6 large limes (or enough to make 3/4 cup of lime juice)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
Churros

Nothing is better than warm homemade churros rolled in cinnamon sugar
- 2 cups water
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, mixed together
Sweet and Savory Country Marinade

Combine. Reserve 1/4 c marinade; refrigerate
- 1/2 c Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 T brown sugar
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 T balsamic vinegar
- 14 t salt
