Grilled Hawaiian Pork Chops

Bring Hawaii home with these grilled pork chops and vegetables with a sweet pineapple glaze
- HAWAIIAN SAUCE
- 6 ounce pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
- PORK CHOPS
- 4 boneless pork chops, center cut
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tin Foil
Pot Roast with Gravy

Cut roast in half; rub with 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 beef rump roast or bottom round roast (5 pounds)
- 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, divided
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 4 to 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water

- 1 Can Shoepeg Corn, drained
- 1 Can Black Beans, drained
- 1/2 medium Red Onion, chopped
- 1/2 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
- 4 Roma Tomatoes, remove seeds
- 8 oz. Zesty Italian Dressing
Toasted French Dip w/ Carmelized Onions (talkchowplayhouse)

Allow the onions to get tender and the juices to reduce to a thick caramel like sauce on onions
- Add:
- 3 lb chuck or rump roast
- Salt & pepper each side and brown in fry pan.
- Then place in your crock pot.
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 medium white onion, sliced
- Cover crock pot and let cook on high heat for 4-5 hrs.
- When meat is ready to come out of crock pot, begin prepping caramelized onions.
- In a saute pan, on medium/high heat add:
- 1-2 tablespoons butter
- 1 sweet yellow onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup au jus (beef stock) from the cooked roast in the crock pot

- (12 oz) italian shredded cheese
- 2 C. Elbow Macaroni or mini penne tubes (cooked for 5 minutes)

- 1 t. Italian Seasoning
