- 1/2 C sugar (that’s granulated sugar, not powdered sugar)

Sourdough Pancakes

In the morning: Remove from oven and pour part of mixture back into glass jar for next time
- At night:
- Pour all sourdough started into a glass bowl.
- Add:
- 1 t. Salt
- 1 C. Flour
- 1 + C. Water or Milk or both (depending on how big a batch of pancakes to be made)
- Stir with plastic or wooden spoon. Mixture should not be too stiff. Cover with cloth & place in oven with the light on.
