- 1 package (18 ounces) linguine
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4-1/2 cups milk
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
Granola - Eunice

Place granola mixture on cookie sheet keeping it away from the edges to prevent over-browning
- Microwave until melted:
- 3 C. Rolled Oats (Not instant)
- 3/4 C. Chopped Pecans (not roasted)
- 3/4 C. Sliced Almonds (not slivered or roasted)
- 3/4 C. fine shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- 1/2 C. Honey
- 1/4 C. Coconut Oil
- Add to wet ingredients:
- 1 T. Vanilla
- 1/2 t. Salt
- Drizzle the combined wet ingredients over the oat and nut mixture - coat and mix well.
Philly Cheesesteaks

Prepare 4 sheets of foil and slice the hoagie rolls and set aside
- 4 hoagie rolls, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
- 1 large white onion, cut in half and sliced thick
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1.25-1.5 lbs beef ribeye steaks (sliced thinly across the grain and then chopped roughly again so they are small pieces)
- salt & pepper
- 3 1/2 Tbsp salted butter
- 8 slices of cheese (Provolone or Muenster)

- 1 t. Baking Powder
- 1 t. Baking Soda
- 3/4 t. Salt
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- 1/2 t. Nutmeg
- 1/2 t. Ginger
- 1 1/4 C. Sugar
- 3/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C. unsalted Butter, softened
- 1/2 C. Vegetable or Canola Oil, divided
- 4 Large Eggs
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 15 oz. Can Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 C. Milk
- FROSTING:
- 12 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 C. Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 t. Cinnamon
- 1/2 t. Vanilla
- 4-5 C. Powdered Sugar
Basil Pesto

Place everything but olive oil in a food processor
- 2 1/2 – 3 C basil leaves, gently packed
- 3/4 C fresh Parmesan cheese (this is not the time for stuff in a plastic bottle)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 C pinenuts, toasted
- 1/2-3/4 C extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt
- a few cracks pepper

Preheat oven to 350F. Line 9×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil
- Crust
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- Filling
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed and strained
