Chicken Fajitas - Crockpot

Combine sliced onion and peppers in the bottom of a greased crockpot
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 3 sweet peppers, sliced
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breast or thighs
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- Squirt of lime juice
- Tortillas
- Fajita fixings

Topping - Melt together in microwave and spread over treats: 1 C
- Boil Together 1 Minute:
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1 C. Karo Syrup
- Add:
- 1 C. Peanut Butter
- Stir until melted.
- Pour Over:
- 5 C. Rice Krispies
- Spread in a 9x13 buttered pan.

- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 T soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil divided use
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup diced pineapple fresh or canned
- 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- optional: sliced green onions for garnish
