Dry Mix - Pumpkin Pie Spice

Combine ingredients & whisk together OR pulse in a small food processor until combined
- 3 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground allspice
Grilled Chicken & Berry Salad (ourbestbites)

For serving a large crowd, toss all the salad ingredients in a large serving bowl and add dressing to taste
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 6-8 oz. baby spinach
- 12-16 oz. chicken, marinated, grilled, and sliced
- 8 oz. strawberries, sliced
- 8 oz. blueberries
- 4 oz. crumbled Feta or shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. sliced almonds, toasted
- Berry Poppy Seed Dressing to taste
Mashed Potatoes (crockpot)

1. Peel Potatoes and Cube – I try and get 12 cubes per potato 2
- 5 Pounds of Russet Potatoes
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter, cut into small cubes chunks
- 1 1/4 cup light sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup milk, warmed
- 2 ounces of light cream cheese ( really makes a difference)

- 24 small slices Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup miracle whip
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound), thinly sliced and halved

- 3/4 cup julienned sweet red pepper
- 3/4 cup halved fresh snow peas

- 1 package Stuffing mix; chicken flavor
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Cooked bacon; crumbled
- 4 tbsp Ranch dressing divided

- 5 C. Flour
- 3 C. Shortening
- 1 C. Water
- 2 t. Salt
- 1/4 C. Flour (at end)
Bean with Bacon Soup

1. Chop up your bacon into chunks
- 3/4 pound bacon
- 1 small onion
- 4 large carrots
- 4 15 ounce cans Great Northern Beans
- 4 C water
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 T beef bullion
- 3 T tomato paste
- 1 t liquid smoke
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 1 t salt
- 1/8 t basil, dried
- 1/4 t thyme, dried
- 2 T sugar
- pinch red pepper flakes
Tri-Tip Roast

- 4 lb. Tri-tip Roast
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cream of Celery Soup, condensed
- 1 (10 3.4 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed
- 1 1/2 C. Beef Broth
- Salt & Pepper to taste
