  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • Buttery Topping:
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch of salt
