1. Combine beans, broth, garlic, and 1/2 the onions in a large pot
- 1 lb. white beans
- 6 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 tbs oil
- 2-4 oz cans mild green chilies, chopped
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 11/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cups diced cooked chicken breasts
- 3 cups grated Monteray Jack cheese
- Salsa and sour cream and tortilla chips
Apple Streusel Muffins Recipe

- STREUSEL TOPPING:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1-1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups chopped peeled tart apples
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cold butter
- GLAZE:
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Cherry Chocolate Shortbread Cookies

Mix butter, sugar and almond extract thoroughly using an electric mixer
- Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup butter, softened (no substitutions)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Argo® or Kingsford's® Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Sunsweet® Cherries
- 1 ounce (about 1/4 cup)bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Drizzle:
- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon shortening
Potato Clam Chowder

1. Combine water, potatoes, celery, onion, and 1/2 tsp salt into a Dutch oven
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 1 cup finely chopped potatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups minced fresh clams or 4-6 1/2 oz cans minced clams
- Milk
- 2/3 cup half & half
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- FROSTING:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (21 ounces) raspberry pie filling
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 1 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Lemon Cream Fillo Napoleon

Place the lemon zest in a medium bowl and set aside
- For the lemon cream:
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons powdered gelatin
- 8 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces (3 sticks) butter, diced
- For the caramelized fillo:
- 4 ounces (1 stick) butter, melted
- 8 sheets fillo pastry, each at least 16” x 11” in size
- 8 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- For serving:
- Half pint fresh blackberries
- 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar

- 6 cups miniature pretzels
- 1 package (11 ounces) miniature butter-flavored crackers
- 1 package (10 ounces) Wheat Thins
- 1 package (9-1/4 ounces) Cheese Nips
- 1 package (7-1/2 ounces) nacho cheese Bugles
- 1 package (6 ounces) miniature Parmesan fish-shaped crackers
- 1 cup mixed nuts or peanuts
- 1 bottle (10 or 12 ounces) butter-flavored popcorn oil
- 2 envelopes ranch salad dressing mix

Bring the water to a boil in a large pot
- 3 quarts water
- 1 small carrot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/2 (one half) medium onion
- 6 oz. pancetta, or bacon chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, thickly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 can (28 oz) peeled Italian style peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped. Juices reserved
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas

- 2 packages broccoli
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- small onion, grated
- salt to taste
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Small amount of cheez-it
