Pork Kebabs - Tenderloin, Andouille & Bacon

- 1 1/2 lb,. pork tenderloin, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 lb. andouille sausage, sliced 1/2" thick
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 3 dill pickles, sliced 1/4" thick
- 2 large banana peppers, seeded and cut into 1" pieces
- 2 large onions, quartered and cut into 1" pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup whole-grain or Creole mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Dilly Green Beans - 2 pints

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- 1 lb. green beans, trim from stem ends into 5" pieces
- 8 sprigs dill
- 2 large cloves garlic, lightly crushed
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed
- 2 tea. kosher salt
- 2 tea. crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1 cup white vinegar

Wash and dry fruit. Chop
- 4 cups prepared fruit (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 package powdered pectin
- 1/2 cup cold water
Chili-lime pork loin

Prepare a grill for indirect grilling over medium-high heat
- 4 Tbs. chili-lime rub
- 6 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 4 lb. boneless pork loin roast, butterflied
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 ears of corn, husks and silks removed, corn cut into 1-inch rounds
- 6 Anaheim chilies
- 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh cilantro
Dip - Chorizo and Cheese Dip

In a heavy pan, cook chorizo over medium heat about 5 minutes or until browned
- 8 oz. uncooked chorizo sausage
- 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup half-and-half or light cream
- 1/4 tea. crushed red pepper
Soup - Turkey & Peanut Soup

In a large soup pot or dutch oven combine broth, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, chick peas, rice, cumin and thyme
- 2 - 16 oz. chicken broth (4 cups)
- 2 - 14.5 oz., diced tomatoes w/ green peppers and onions (drained)
- 2 cups diced and peeled sweet potatoes
- 19 oz. can chick peas (drained)
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grained rice
- 1/2 t3ea. ground cumin
- 1/2 tea. thyme
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 - 1 tea. crushed red pepper
Pork Chops - Spicy Orange Chops with Sweet Potatoes

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, mix marmalade, butter, cinnamon and ginger
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 t5ea. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 1 medium sweet potato, peeled, cut into 1/2" slices
- 1/4 cup Bisquick mix
- 1/78 tea. cayenne
- 2 Boneless pork loin chips, 1/2 " thick (1/2 lb)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tea. vegetable oil
Glaze - Orange-Mustard Glaze

In a small bowl, stir together marmalade and mustard
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grainy mustard
Grilled Shortcake made with Doughnuts

- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 cake doughnuts split horizontally
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 pint blueberries
Green Beans - Bacon Wrapped Green Beans

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 10-12 slices of thick-cut bacon *I used regular bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced *I only used one
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
