Fire-Roasted Tomato Soup

Heat the soup with the milk and tomatoes until hot
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 2 cans (one 12 oz, on3 5 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (14 1/4 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- garnish: sour cream, shredded cheddar and bacon bits
Corn Bread - Cranberry-Chipotle Corn Bread

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup fine cornmeal
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tea. baking powder
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, minced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
Pork Chops - Mustard Molasses Pork Chops

Whisk vinegar, molasses, garlic, rosemary and 1/4 cup mustard in a bowl
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup molasses
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 8 3/4 " thick bone-in pork loin chops (about 4 lb)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- tea. salt
- 1 tea. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola

Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat; add chicken, and cook until browned on both sides
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 tea. dried tarragon
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. ground red pepper
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- hot cooked egg noodles
- chopped fresh parsley

In a small skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1-1/4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
- 2 packages (1.9 ounces each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells

- 4 lb. bone-in country-style pork ribs (1 1/2" thick)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke, optional
- 1/2 tea. onion powder
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/8 tea. cayenne

- 2 fresh New Mexico tr Anaheim chiles, seeded, stemmed and chopped

- 1 1/4 lb. boneless pork shoulder (Boston Butt), cut into 1/2" cubes
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 jar (16 oz) tomatillo salsa
- 1/4 cup shredded pepper jack
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
