- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 1 small jalapeno chili, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tea. lime zest
- 1 15-oz. can pumpkin puree
- 1 13.5 oz. can light coconut milk, shaken
- 4 cups chicken broth
- salt

- 1 bottle white wine
- 4 oz. tequila
- sliced jalpeno pepper
- sliced stone fruits, such as plums, peaches and cherries

Chili - Ground Beef and Brisket

Coat slow cooker bowl with cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 lb. Beef brisket, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 large green bell peppers, seeded and diced
- 1 can (28 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 2 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- 2 tea. cayenne

- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
