Marmalade-Glazed Corned Beef with carrots and potatoes

Combine beef, potatoes, carrots, and beer in a 4-6 qt
- FOR THE BEEF
- 3 lb. corned beef brisket, rinsed and trimmed
- 1 1/2 lb. red potatoes
- 1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and cut into 2" pieces
- 1 cup larger-style beer
- Seasoning packet, if included

- FOR THE GLAZE
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup whiskey or apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- .
- BUTTERED CABBAGE
- 1 head cabbage, cored and sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 clvoes garlic, crushed but kept whole
- 6 whole cloves
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Prepare cake batter according to instructions on the box
- 1 German Chocolate cake mix
- 8-12 oz. butterscotch topping
- 4 small Butterfinger bars
- 12 oz. whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Rhubarb-Berry Salsa

Brighten this salsa by stirring 1/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries into each half-pint at serving time
- 2 lb. rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces (6 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 cups coarsely chopped strawberries

Breast - Chicken Creole with Chile Cream Sauce

- 1 1/4 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 tea. Creole or cajun seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1 tea. lime juice
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 cup fresh cranberries, quartered

- 1 recipe Roasted cherry Tomatoes
- 2 1-lb. loaves frozen pizza dough, thawed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tea. dried oregano
- 1 tea. dried basil
- 12-14 oz. deli-sliced mozzarella or provolone, cut into 2" pieces

- 2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 Tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
- 2-4 cloved garlic, minced
- 2 tea. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tea. dried or 1 tea. chopped, fresh oregano

- 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tea. baking powder

- 1 3/4 cups rolled oats

- 2 cups Mincemeat

Marinade - Alaskan Amber for Salmon
