- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup half-and-half or light cream
- 3/4 cup broken pecans
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate-covered toffee pieces or chopped English toffee bars
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- Hot Fudge (or Caramel) Ice Cream Topping (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Chili Colorado

Place 3 Tbsp., flour in a plastic bag
- 3 Tbsp.flour
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef or pork, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 (4 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tea. cumin
- 1 tea. garlic powder
- 1 tea. onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups water

- 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 1 egg
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 6-8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 4 oz. link fresh chorizo or hot Italian sausage, casing removed

- 1 1/2 cups cashews (8 oz)
- 1 - 6 oz. pkg. sweetened dried cranberries (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 2 cups maple flavored syrup
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 2 tea. vanilla
Prickly Pear Port Sauce

Combine shallots and Port in small saucepan over medium heat
- 1 shallot, minced (2-2 1/2 Tbsp)
- 1 cup Port wine
- 1/2 cup prickly pear syrup
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 orange
- 2 tea. red wine vinegar
- dash of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- zest of 1 orange, slivered
Nuts - Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

In a small bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with oil, worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tea. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 to 1/4 tea. hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. paprika
- 1/4 tea. cumin
- 1/4 tea. cayenne pepper
