Noodles, Sausage and Sauerkraut

Cook noodles according to package directions
- 1 pkg. (12 oz) extra-wide egg noodles
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. (9.6 oz) fully cooked sausage, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. (16 oz) sauerkraut, drained
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tea. dried marjoram
- 1/4 tea. pepper
Cowboy Roast

Place the roast in a large roasting pan (9x13 works fine)
- 1 - 3 -4 lb. boneless roast (no fat), pork or beef
- 1 lb. dry pinto beans
- 1 10-oz. can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 4-oz. can chopped green chilies
- 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce (maybe salsa?)
- 1 onion, quartered
- salt and pepper, to taste
Broccoli - Fiery Arbol Broccoli

- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 4 dried arbol peppers, stemmed
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tea. salt
Potatoes - Breakfast Potatoes

Heat potatoes in microwave on high for 5-6 minutes to get the cooking process started
- 4 medium potatoes
- Demitri's Bloody Mary Seasoning
- Salt
- Vegtable oil

- 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup club soda

- 1 jar (14 oz) Roasted Ranchero Cooking Sauce (Pace brand)
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 3 1/2 # bone-in pork shoulder roast, well trimmed
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- corn tortillas, warmed

- 1 lb. bosc pears, peeled, quartered lengthwise and sliced crosswise 1/4" thick
- 3/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ta. cinnamon
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 - one lb. loaf cinnamon-raisin bread, sliced
- 2/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

In a large skillet, heat oil and cook onion and pepper until tender
- 2 tea. oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 2 cans (28 oz each) vegetarian baked beans
- 1 can (16 oz) butter beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (16 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 tea. salt
- 1 tea. worcestershire sauce
Brussels Sprouts - braised with Cranberries and Bacon

Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp
- 2 bacon slices
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 / 4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
Tenderloin - Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Tenderloin
