- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup crushed red pepper flakes
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger root
- 1 1/2 tea. canning salt

- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup white miso (fermented soybean paste)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 1/2 tea. red chile paste (sambal oelek)

- 2 cans (10 Ounce) Rotel (diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies)**
- 1 can canned mild green chili works fine, if you can't find Rotel tomatoes)
- 1/4 cups Chopped Onion (I used red)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Quartered And Sliced Thin (use 1/2 for a milder version)
- 1/4 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/2 cups Cilantro (more To Taste!)
- 1/2 whole Lime Juice

- 1 lb. chicken breast tenders
- 3 Tbsp. Frank's Hot Sauce
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. 2% milk
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 romaine heart, chopped
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 1/4x2" matchsticks
- 1 cup carrots, chredded

- 1 cup beer or water
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 pkg. (1.25 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 3 lb. boneless beef bottom round roast
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro

- 1 pkg z(8.5 oz) cornbread mix
- 9 eggs, divided
- 3/4 cup milk
- 8 Ortega Taco Shells, any variety, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 pkg. (1/25 oz)Taco Seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup chunky salsa, any variety
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 - 1 lb. pork tenderloins(Costco tenderloins come four 1 lb. tenderloins per package - 2 each together)
