- 1 (10 oz) jar orange marmalade
- 1/3 cup honey mustard

- 1/2 bottle grape jelly

Squash - Yummy Butternut Home Fries

Sauté onion with olive oil in a pan over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, until translucent
- 2 cups peeled and cubed butternut squash (1-inch cubes)
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup fat-free broth (chicken or vegetable)
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- 12 whole New Potatoes (or Other Small Round Potatoes)
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Black Pepper To Taste
- Rosemary (or Other Herbs Of Choice) To Taste
