Made 6 pints with just a small amount left over for a salad or two

  • 1 #10 can sliced beets
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced thin
  • 1 pkg Mrs Wages pickled Beet mix
  • Because of the large amount of beets/onions I used 1 pkg Mrs. Wages and added a teaspoon of cloves and cinnamon. I doubled the vinegar and water. Made 6 pints.
