Place crackers in a large bowl
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) oyster crackers
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 envelope savory herb with garlic soup mix
Sriracha-Glazed Chicken Wings or Drumsticks

In a glass baking dish, whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha sauce, sugar, ginger, and sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1 tea. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/1/2 tea. grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tea. toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 lb. chicken wings, cut in half at joint (wingtips removed) - or - drumsticks
Tilapia - with olives, capers and chilies

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 tea. dried red chilil flakes
- 1 cup whilte wine
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tea. sugar
- 2 tilapia fillets
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- crusty bread, for serving
Waffles - Beer Batter Waffles

In one bowl, combine the flour, egg yolks, sugar, butter and salt
- 2 cups flour
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tea. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. vanilla
- 1/2 cup light beer
- 2/3 cup milk
- powdered sugar
Crackers - Smoky Homemade Crackers

Preheat oven to400 degrees
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tea. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tea. coarse salt, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup water

- 6 cups tart red cherries
- 6 cups ripe pears, cored and coarsely chopped
- 2 lb. raisins
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 orange, juiced
- grated peel of lemon
- grated peel of orange
- 5 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups vinegar
- 3/4 cups apple juice
- 2 tea. cinnamon
- 2 tea. nutmeg
- 2 tea. allspice
- 2 tea. ginger
- 1 tea. cloves
Dip - Hot Artichoke Dip

- 1 can (8 1/2 oz) artichokes, packed in water
- 1 can (7 1/2 oz) chopped green chilies
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Korean Wontons

- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup canned ban sprouts
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 tea. plus 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1/3 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 tea. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 1/2 tea. minced fresh ginger
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 tea. sesame oil
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 pkg. (12 oz) wonton wrappers
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp. water
