- 1 lb. seasoned bread crumbs (or 1 loaf bread) soaked in 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 5 or 6 eggs
- 1/2 tea. each onion powder and garlic powder
- 1 tea. each salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced garlic (fresh)
- 4 whole cloves garlic
- olive oil, to fill a skillet 1/2" deep

- 2 lb. fresh green beans
- 5 small garlic cloves (1 each pint jar)
- 5 tea. dry dill seeds (1 tea. each pint jar)
- 2 1/2 tea. red pepper flakes (1/2 tea. each pint jar)
- 2 1/2 tea. celery seed (1/2 tea. each pint jar)
- 2 1/2 tea. mustard seed (1/2 tea. each pint jar)
- 3 cups while vineagr
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup pickling salt
- thin sliced onion
Pumpkin Croissant Breakfast Bake

Prepare streusel topping: Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mash together with a fork until crumbly

- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 tea. allspice

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Cajun Watermelon Relish

- 1/2 of a 12-14 lb. watermelon
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 1/2 tea. pickling spice
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tea. crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 cups chopped assorted red, yellow and/or green bell peppers (2 medium)
- 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
- 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
Tilapia - Lemony Tilapia in Foil packets w/ Leek Rice Pilaf

Heat 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter in a 3 qt
- 5 Tbsp. butter, softened, more for the foil
- 1 1/4 cups thinly sliced leek (white and light-green part only, from 1 medium leek)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup long grain white rice
- 1 strip lemon zest (about 3/4x2 1/2")
- 1 medium shallot, minced (about 3 Tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 tea. fresh lemon juice
- 4 1" thick skinless halibut fillets (5-6 oz)
- 4 thin lemon slices, cut into half moons, seeds removed
- 1/4 cup dry white wine

- Stuffing:
- Pork chops from Al's with pocket
- Traeger Pork rub
- 1 cup Pepperidge Farms
- 1 rib celery
- 1/2 onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
aDressing: Poblano-Buttermilk dressing

- 1 poblano chile, roasted, peeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tea. freshly squeeze lime juice
- 1 tea. finely chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper
