- 1 large lime, zested and juiced

- 1/2 cup self-rising yellow cornmeal

- 1/4 cup ground pork, plus 2 Tbsp. ground pork
- 2 cups water
- 14 oz. beef broth or chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tea. milk
- 2 tea. white vinegar
- 1 tea. sugar
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 /.4 tea. cayenne
- 1/4 tea. garlic powder
- 1/4 tea. onion powder
- 1/4 tea. dried parsley flakes
London Broil - Pepper Whiskey London Broil

Heat broiler. In saucepan over medium heat, bring first 7 ingredients to a simmer
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsp. whiskey
- 2 Tbsp. smokehouse seasoning blend (like McCormick)
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 tea. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 London broil (about 3 lbs)
Cabbage Soup

Brown beef and pork with the onions and garlic
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 onion,m chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1 med. head cabbage, chopped
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 Tbsp,. tomato paste
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worchestshire
- 1 tea. paprika
- 1 tea. dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper
Nuts - Sweet and Spicy Mixed Nuts

- Parchment paper
- 4 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tea. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 tea. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tea. Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/8 tea. cumin
- Up to 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed orange jui8ce
- 2 cups extra fancy mixed nuts

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 baking cocoa

- 1/2 yellow onion, finely diced
- 3 tea. hot sauce of your choosing
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 /.2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 tea. cayenne pepper

- 6 cups water
- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 2 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled and diced Z(or 1 4 oz can diced roasted chiles)
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt
- chopped chives and bacon for garnish
