Bruschetta Biscuits with Feta

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 3/4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 cup fres hbaby spinach leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried tomatoes (not oil-packed), chopped
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tea. baking powder
- 3 Tbsp. crumbed feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. pine nuts

Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper
- 2/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 large cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup other vegetable oil such as canola, corn or saffola
Nuts - Spicy Nuts (made these - they're good)

Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tea. ancho chile powder
- 1/2 tea. habanero chile powder
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- salt
Hamburger - Salisbury Steak

In a medium bowl, combine all patty ingredients; mix gently
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion]
- 1 tea. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- GRAVY
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup dry red wine or beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tea. dried thyme leaves
- 1 (2/5 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Rosemary Cheddar Muffins

In a large bowl, combine the flour, cheese and rosemary
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary or 1 tea. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Creamy Mustard Pork Chops (slow cooker)

- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/8 tea. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Meatloaf Pie

Probably would be really good if served with brown gray
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 3/4 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 tea. sage
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope butter and herb instant mashed potatoes
- 1 tea. prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- brown gravy
Mini Ham and Cheese Frittatas

Divide the ham evenly among eight muffin cups coated with cooking spray; top with the cheese
- 1/4 lb. cubed fully cooked ham
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. minced chives
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. pepper

- 1/2 lb. thick-sliced bacon strips, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/4 tea. coarsely ground pepper
