- 1 tea. adobo seasoning
- 1 tea. ground cumin
- 1 tea. pepper
- 1/2 tea. salt1 3-4 lb. whole chicken
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 can beer
Dip - Hot Cheese Dip

In a large saucepan, combine onion and butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 910 oz) can chopped tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (2 lb) box processed cheese (Velveeta)

Parmesan-Sage Ravioli

- 1 pkg,. (9 oz) refrigerated cheese or spinach ravioli
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 2 tea. roughly chopped fresh sage
