Pomodoro Sauce Sweet N Spicy Recipe

A tomato sauce that is sweet at the first bite then fades to hot
- 1/2 white onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 stalk celery, diced shopping list
- 1 small carrot, shredded shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes, with juice shopping list
- 6 oz can tomato paste shopping list
- pinch ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp crumbled dried red chile pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp oregano shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
Miso-Glazed Salmon Salad

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 1/4 pounds salmon cut into 4 pieces, or four 5-ounce fillets
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste (see Note)
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions
- 1 5 ounce package baby spinach
- 8 ounces fresh snow peas (about 3 cups), trimmed
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes

- One 12-oz. can or pouch albacore tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
- 1 cup finely chopped red and yellow bell peppers

- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 2/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. honey mustard
- 2 tsp. sweet relish
- 1/8 tsp. salt, or more to taste
