- 1/2 cup Minced spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup Minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tb Dried basil
- 1 Tb Olive oil, extra-virgin
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tb Light miso
- 1/4 cup Pine nuts, toasted
Cranberry Sauerkraut Meatballs Recipe

In a 4-qt. slow cooker, combine the cranberry sauce, sauerkraut, chili sauce and brown sugar
- 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 can (14 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 package (32 ounces) frozen fully cooked homestyle meatballs, thawed
Potatoes Seasoned Roasted

- 2 cups peeled and cubed Idaho potatoes (1-inch cubes)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder (more, if desired)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 to 5 curry leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida powder
