Red Pepper Tomato Soup

1. Broil the red peppers, turning them so they blacken on all sides
- 6 red peppers
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons roasted red chili paste
- 2 garlic clove
- 3 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 to taste salt
Pizza Crust or Cracked Bread

This recipe makes dough that may be used for crisp/chewy pizza crust; or rolled very thin to make cracker bread
- Topping:
- 3 cups Sir Lancelot Hi-Gluten Flour
- 3/4 cup Hi-maize Fiber*
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Pizza Dough Flavor (optional, but delicious)
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water, enough to make a smooth, soft dough
- Hi-maize gives the crust an extra crisp bottom; if you don't have it, use a total of 3 3/4 cups high-gluten flour.
- seeds, herbs and salt, or pizza seasoning; tomato sauce, cooked meats, vegetables, and cheeses of your choice
Lamb Shank Braised with three Bean Ragout

Lamb Mix flour, chile powder, salt and pepper together
- 4 American lamb foreshanks
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 1 cup diced celery
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/4 cup guajillo chile powder
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cups veal stock (recipe follows)
- Three Bean Ragout (recipe follows)
- Veal Stock
- 8 pounds veal bones, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 2 medium onions, coarsely chopped
- 2 medium carrots, coarsely chopped
- 1 celery stalk, coarsely chopped
- 1 leek, coarsely chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, quartered, or 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 8 garlic cloves, smashed
- Three Bean Ragout
- 1/2 cup white beans
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup cannellini beans
- 4 ounces bacon
- 1 teaspoon thyme

Chocolate Orange Liqueur Souffle with Chocolate Sauce

- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter, divided
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons orange liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
- 2 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate, melted
- 3 (1-ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7 egg whites

Almond Apricot Cookies

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees, with racks in upper and lower thirds
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 3/4 cup smooth almond butter
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar, for rolling

Mexican Chicken Chili Recipe

In a small skillet, brown chicken in oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
