Citrus stir fry
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 medium-size sweet red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound snow peas, trimmed
- 1 pound chicken tenders, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cups hot cooked brown rice

- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped for garnish
