- For the syrup:
- 1 cup Mapleland Farms maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- For the pancakes:
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled + 3 tablespoons softened for cooking
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup Maine blueberries

- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1 1⁄2 Cup Cold Water
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. Salt
- 1-2 Small Carrots peeled and sliced thin
- 1 Cup Snow Peas, Shell Peas, Celery or Green Beans
- 1 ⁄2 Green or Red Pepper, sliced thin
- 1 Medium Ripe Tomato
- 1 Medium Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 ⁄4 cup Chopped fresh Parsley Cilantro, or Basil

- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 5 teaspoons light or regular olive oil
- 2 sea bass fillets (each about 3/4-inch thick)
Zucchini Ribbon Salad

1. Using a mandoline, cut zucchini lengthwise into paper-thin ribbons and transfer to a strainer set over a bowl
