Chocolate Pie

- Coraham Cracker Crust
- 2 pkg. choc instant pudding
- 1/2 C. cold milk
- 1 1/2 C. soft vanilla ice cream
- 1 pkg. Dream whip, fold in
Ham Sandwich

Using rolls, mayonnaise, cheese and ham, prepare sandwiches
- Dressing:
- dinner rolls
- mayonnaise
- Swiss cheese
- ham
- 1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 3/4 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Baked Lasagna

Brown and drain Italian sausage
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried basil, crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1-pound can (2 cups) tomatoes
- 2 6-ounce cans tomato paste
- 1 pound lasagna noodles, cooked and rinsed
- 3 cups ricotta or creamy cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Italian cheese
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese
Nothing Soup

Bring to boil, reduce heat & simmer 30 minutes
- 2 C. Water
- 2 Bouillon Cubes
- 1 Cup. Canned Tomatoes
- 2 Carrots, Peeled & Sliced
- 1/2 T. Salt
- 1/4 T. Garlic Salt
- 1/8 T. Pepper
- 1 Onion Diced
- 2 Ribs Celery, Diced
- 1/2 C Canned Gr. Beans
- 1 C Zucchini Diced ( Optional )
Peach Tarts

Combine the 4 tablespoons sugar and the cornstarch
- Peach Tarts Pastry
- 4 T. sugar plus 3 more T.
- 4 T. cornstarch
- 2 c. fresh peaches (2 to 3 med.), pureed
- 3/4 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 T. butter
Betty's Congealed Salad

Directions Put jello in a metal bowl with hot water
- 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 Can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Can Large can mandarin oranges, drained
- 6 Ounces Pkg Strawberry Jello
- 2 Cups Hot water
Burger Hi Hat

Creamy beef mixture atop hot buttered egg noodles Directions Brown hamburger and onion
- 1/2 Pound Bacon, fried crisp and crumbled, set aside
- 1 Pound Ground beef
- 1/2 Cup Onion, diced
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 Teaspoon Accent
- 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Package (10 oz) Medium Egg noodles, cooked and buttered
Los Patios Potato Soup

Directions In a large soup pan, saute green onion, celery and carrots in butter for 5 minutes
- 3 Green onions, chopped
- 3 Stalks Celery, chopped
- 2 Carrots, grated
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 3 Potatoes,(small) chopped small
- 2 Cans Chicken broth, (10 3/4 ounce size cans)
- 3 Cans Condensed potato soup, (10 3/4 ounce size cans)
- 8 Ounces Cheddar cheese, grated fine
- 1 Tablespoon Dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 8 Ounces Sour Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Sherry (Optional)
Pimento Cheese Sandwiches

- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 heaping T. mayonnaise
- 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos

Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 3 slices soft bread, torn into pieces
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 T. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Catsup or BBQ sauce
