Mix some mandarin orange juice with poppy seed dressing to thin
- spinach, cleaned and torn in pieces
- leaf lettuce, cleaned and torn in pieces
- red onion, very thinly sliced
- mandarin orange segments (or sliced strawberries)
- almond slices

Mexican Rice

Cook rice according to directions and combine with sour cream and put 1/2 in a 9x13 casserole
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, sliced
- 2 cups uncooked minute rice
- 2 small cans, whole green chilies and juice
- 1 small can, chopped green chilies
- 3 cartons sour cream
- 1 stick butter
Citrus Marinate

Peel and crush garlic. Combine all ingredients, except meat, and process in food processor or blender until smooth

- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

- 1 c. milk (scalded) plus 3 T. oleo
- 1/2 c. cold water - barely warm
- 1 - 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 t. Brown Karo Syrup
- 1/3 c. br. sugar
- 1 t. caramon
- 1/4 c. sugar

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine ham, beef, pork, eggs, milk and graham cracker crumbs and mix well

- 1 Can Tomato soup, condensed
- 1 Cup Brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Dry mustard
- 1/3 Cup Apple cider vinegar
