Clifton Wassail

- 2 gallons cider
- 1 gallon cranberry juice
- 1 quart orange juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 10 whole allspice (or 3 teaspoons ground)
- 12 cinnamon sticks (or 2 tablespoons ground)
- 1 whole orange, spiked with cloves
- 6 teaspoons bitters
- 1 fifth rum, or to taste
Chex Mix

Preheat oven to 300 degrees Mix butter, worchestershire, and salts in large pan
- 4 cups wheat chex
- 4 cups rice chex
- 4 cups cherrios
- 4 cups stick pretzels
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 T. worchestershire
- 4 tsp lawreys seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Onion Salad Dressing

Mix all together in blender
- 1 c. oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 lg. sweet onion
- 1 tsp. salt

- 1 orange - 8 wedges
- 1 lemon - 8 wedges
- cinnamon sticks
- bay leaves
- whole cloves mint leaves (optional)

- 3/4 cup butter,softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 cups allpurpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
