Pecan Apricot Scones

Preheat over to 450 degrees
- Egg Wash:
- 3 c. bleached all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 5 T. butter
- 3/4 c. chopped, dried apricots
- 2 eggs
- 2/4 c. milk or cream
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 egg, well beaten
- pinch of salt
Peach Pie - deep dish

Melt butter in a casserole dish
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. peaches
- 3/4 c. flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
White Chocolate Cheesecake

Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the milk in a large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese
- 2 cups skim milk - divided
- 2 pkgs White Chocolate Jello Pudding and Pie Fill
- 8 oz Cool Whip Free
- 1 Whole reduced fat Graham Cracker pie crust

- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 can cream of chicken soup or chicken stock
- Pimentos
- Milk
Creamy French Dressing

- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 T. vinegar
- 1 1/2 T. sugar
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Slaw - Lemon Cabbage

Mix together cabbage, carrots, peppers and onion
- Dressing:
- 6 cups cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 3 ounces lemon juice

- 1/2 c. cream, whipped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise

- HORSERADISH SAUCE:
- 1 tsp. hoseradish
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
