- 8 oz. Pineapple juice
- 6 oz Rum
- 2 Scoops ice cream
- All the above 4 Drinks.
- 3 oz. Cream of coconut
- 6 oz Pineapple juice

- 2 Scoops ice cream
- All the above 3 drinks.
Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps

These are a simple and delicious appetizer
- 1 (1-pound) package sliced bacon
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
Peanut Blossoms

Mix and bake. Immediately place chocolate kiss in center after removing from oven
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 t. soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. br. sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 t. milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 48 chocolate kisses
Mushroom Sandwiches

Drain mushrooms and finely chop
- 1 lg. can mushroom stems & pieces
- 1/2 onion, grated
- Parsley, finely chopped (or dried parsley flakes)
- Mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper
- Hot pepper sauce
Russian Oil Dressing

Combine all, except oil. Shake well
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. water
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 T. chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Antipasta

Bring to a boil: wine vinegar, oil, water, sugar, salt, oregano, and pepper
- 1/2 head cauliflower clumps, cut florettes and slice
- 2 carrots 2" strips
- 2 celery 1" strips
- green pepper 2" pieces
- 4 oz pimentos
- 2 oz olives (or skip pimentos and use 6 oz olives)
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 TB sugar
- t salt
- 1/2 t oregano
- 1/4 t. pepper
Strawberry Cake

Mix first 7 ingredients at high speed, scraping bowl frequently
- 1 white cake mix
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 pkg. frozen strawberry Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 pkg. frozen strawberries
Shrimp Bayou

- 2 pounds clean shrimp
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup chili or cocktail sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 dashes Tabasco sauce

- 1/2 Cup Oleo
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

- 1 pkg./box white cake mix with pudding
- 1 can pitted tart cherries
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 sticks butter (don't skimp)
