  • 6 MINT LEAVES, CHOPPED
  • For the lamb:
  • 2 POUNDS FRENCHED LAMB CHOPS OR LOIN
  • 2 TEASPOONS KOSHER SALT
  • 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC
  • 1/2 TEASPOON CORIANDER
  • 1/8 TEASPOON JALAPEÑO POWDER (or Cayenne Pepper)
  • 1/4 TEASPOON WHITE PEPPER
