GARDEN FRESH PASTA SALAD

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 450 g uncooked pasta
- 3/4 cups Miracle Whip
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 – 2 tomatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Meanwhile, whisk together Miracle Whip, Italian dressing, sugar and seasonings in a large bowl until blended.
Stir in onions.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and immediately stir into the dressing.
(The pasta will absorb more flavour if added while still hot.)
Taste and add more salt and pepper, if needed.
Refrigerate, covered, until cold.
Stir in zucchini and tomatoes.
Note: You can substitute your favourite vegetables.
