Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 1 large can crab meat
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sauté green onions in olive oil. Mix with the crab meat.

Mix the eggs with the milk, nutmeg and hot sauce.

In a baked pie shell, layer some cheese, all of the crab mix, sprinkle of flour, rest of cheese. Pour the egg mix over top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until brown and puffy.

Serve warm or cold.
