Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz) pkg tubed pasta
  • 2 (10oz) cartons refrigerated alfredo sauce
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 (15oz) carton ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese divided
  • 1/4 c grated romano cheese
  • 1/4 c minced fresh parsley
  • 1-3/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions; drain and return to the pan. Stir in the alfredo sauce and sour cream. Spoon half into a lightly greased 3qt baking dish. In a small bowl combine the eggs, ricotta, 1/4c parmesan, romano, and parsley; spread over pasta. Top with the remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining parmesan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5-10 minutes or until bubbly.
