- 1 Pkg Duncan Hines Golden sugar cookie mix
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1/2 Cup flake coconut
- 1 Egg white, coconut and candied cherries halved

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Empty both mix pouches into bowl.
Add egg white, extract and coconut.
Mix throroughly
Form Dough into 1 inch balls, dip in egg white, roll in coconut.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet
Press halved cherry into each cookie.
Bake 8-10 minutes until coconut browns a little. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet before removing.
