  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  • 1/2 TEAS. DRIED RED CHILE FLAKES
  • 1 TABLE. OLIVE OIL
  • 4 TABLES. FRESH PARSLEY, MINCED
  • 3 TABLES. TOASTED BREAD CRUMBS

Step 1

COOK PASTA REMOVE ½ CUP PASTA WATER & SET ASIDE. DRAIN PASTA & RETURN TO COOKING POT WITH ½ PASTA WATER. STIR IN REMINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BREAD CRUMBS & COOK ON LOW UNTIL WATER MOSTLY EVAPORATES & CHEESE IS MEATED. REMOVE & TOP WITH BREAD CRUMBS
