Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 yellow pepper cut into strips
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 3 boneless chicken
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 8 ounces spagatti
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parm cheese
- 3/4 cup half and half

Step 1
In a 12" skillet melt butter. Stir in onions, peppers and garlic. Cook until peppers are crisply tender. Remove vegetables from skillet with slotted spoon. Add chicken, taragen, salt and pepper to skillet,cook 7-9 minutes. Add vegetables, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese & half and half to chicken mixture. Reduce heat and cook until cheese melts. Add spagatti and serve.
