Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb round steak
- 1-1/2 cups of beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1/2 c sour cream
- egg noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
combine all ingredients (except for noodles) in a oven safe pot. Bake (covered) for 2-3 hrs.
Serve over egg noodles
