Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 lbs. pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. black bean sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 Tbsp. red bean curd
- 1 tsp. five-spice powder
- Basting:
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. boiling water

Step 1
Place sliced pork in a resealable plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Place strips of pork on a rack in a roasting pan or cookie sheet, and baste with the honey mixture on both sides.
Cook in a 250 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Let cool, and place around 6 strips in freezer bags for future use.
