Hot Crab Dip

  • 2 8oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans crab meat or 1 lb. fresh crab meat
  • sliced almonds, toasted



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Let cream cheese soften, beat in mixer, slowly blending in remaining ingredients through horseradish. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain crab meat and fold into mixture. Transfer to baking/serving dish. Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately in baking dish or transfer to chafing dish with low flame with crackers or toast rounds.
