Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb Pork Butt, cut in 1" or 2" cudes
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Corriander
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Ctayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1/2 Jalapeno, seeded
  • 1 btl Fat Tire beer
  • 2 cups Chicken stock

Step 1

Trim Butts, and cut into pieces, mix all spices together to make a rub. Cover cut pieces with rub, mix in a bag. Add beer, mix well. Pour mixture into crock pot, add stock. Cook 6+ hours on low or until meat falls apart.
