BREAKFAST EGG/SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
- 1 1/2 pounds Bob Evans sausage (in roll)
- 12 slices of white bread
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 4 cups milk
Brown sausage, drain and set aside to cool.
Beat eggs in bowl.
Add milk, salt/pepper, shredded cheese and bread (tear in pieces).
Mix with spoon and add sausage.
Pour into 9x11 greased glass dish.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly on top.
